Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver, Canada, and focused on advancing several exploration prospects in British Columbia (BC).

The Galaxie Project consists of a large block of mineral claims, covering 1342 square kilometres, that straddles the Stewart-Cassiar Highway south of the community of Dease Lake in northwestern BC. The project has excellent potential for the discovery of bulk tonnage copper-gold and/or molybdenum and vein-type precious and base metal deposits. Geologically, the property lies within the Stikine Terrane, a well-endowed belt of rocks that hosts a number of important copper and gold deposits in northwestern BC. Historical exploration identified several copper occurrences on the property, including the Gnat porphyry deposit, and more recent prospecting located five additional gold and base metal targets.

The Buck Property consists of 200 mineral claims covering 836 square kilometres located near to and readily accessible from the Town of Houston in central BC. Coincident geophysical and gold-in-soil geochemical anomalies outlined by historical exploration suggest an extensive gold-silver mineralized system is present. Limited and widely-spaced drilling within this system intersected zones of gold-silver mineralization with similarities to other important Upper Cretaceous mineral occurrences in BC such as New Gold's Blackwater and Capoose deposits. There is considerable potential for the discovery of bulk tonnage gold-silver and/or gold vein deposits at Buck.
