Robert Dickinson
Chairman

Robert (Bob) Dickinson is an economic geologist, Canadian Mining Hall of Fame Inductee, and co-founder and Chairman of the Hunter Dickinson Inc. group. He has played a central role in the discovery, advancement and funding of many important porphyry deposits. Over the course of his career, Bob has been awarded: Canada's Developer of the Year in 1990; B.C.'s Mining Person of the Year in 2000; the A.O Dufresne Award in 2008 for his contributions to exploration and mining in B.C. and the Charles F. Rand Memorial Gold Metal in 2010 for distinguished achievement in mining. He is currently active with Northern Dynasty (Pebble), Taseko (Gibraltar, Florence), Northcliff (Sisson), Amarc (IKE, JOY, DUKE), and Quartz Mountain (Maestro, Jake).


Trevor Thomas
CEO, Corporate Secretary & Director

Trevor Thomas has practiced in the areas of corporate commercial, corporate finance, securities and mining law since 1995, both in private practice environment as well as in-house positions and is currently general counsel for Hunter Dickinson Inc. Prior to joining Hunter Dickinson Inc. Trevor served as in-house legal counsel with Placer Dome Inc.


Cole Evans
COO

Cole Evans is an economic geologist and mining entrepreneur with a wide range of experience from building a leading exploration/mining services business in western Canada to financing of public and private mining ventures. He is currently the Chairman of Enduro Metals, a TSX Venture Exchange-listed explorer focused on BC’s Golden Triangle. Cole holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, specializing in applications of hyperspectral analysis and applied geochemistry from the Charles Fipke Centre for Innovative Research.


Sebastian Tang
CFO

Sebastian Tang a CPA and a CAIA charter holder. Before starting his own firm, Sebastian worked in public practice for 7 years, including two years at Ernst & Young, and 8 years in private practice with Hunter Dickinson Inc. Sebastian has significant experience in the financial management and planning of publicly listed issuers, having held executive positions in other public and private ventures. He is currently the CFO of Quartz Mountain Resources, CAT Strategic Metals and Mobius Interactive Ltd.


Myke Clark
Director

Myke Clark is a corporate leader with strong communications, renewable energy, natural resource and capital markets experience. He is currently the CEO and Director of a TSX Venture Exchange-listed renewable energy company and brings more than 20 years of experience to the Quartz Mountain team. Prior to his current role, he held positions as SVP Business Development for Finavera Wind Energy, public affairs professional for several Hunter Dickinson Inc.-associated public mining companies and a decade as a journalist. Myke holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia


Albert Basile
Director

Albert (Al) Basile graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts followed by a Juris Doctor degree. Over his career he practiced law, specializing in the areas of corporate commercial, civil litigation, and administrative law. Al also was active as an officer and director of several private companies and served as a Commissioner on two former provincial commissions-the British Columbia Motor Carrier Commission and the British Columbia Horse Racing Commission.


Matthew Dickinson
Director

Matthew Dickinson is a software developer and e-commerce entrepreneur. His background includes roles designing and building bespoke software systems for industrial R&D companies, software consulting and public relations. Matthew is currently building a livestream shopping content network focused on Asian markets.


Farshad Shirmohammad
Advisor

Farshad Shirmohammad is a Professional Geoscientist who is experienced in project evaluation and review, with a focus on generating high-quality mineral assets in B.C. He has over 15 years' continuous experience in mineral exploration within Canada. From 2006 to 2011 he was involved in geological field work and drill programs across Canada and a wide range of deposit types. Farshad joined Hunter Dickinson Inc.'s business development unit in 2011 and is involved in technical reviews, research, analysis and due diligence programs. He also works with United Minerals Services Ltd. and provides technical assistance to a number of HDI-associated public companies. Farshad holds a Master's Degree in geology from the University of British Columbia.
